This is a great option for beginners that find movements with barbells more intimidating. However, this is great class for an athlete to the elderly.
This program is a version of our Functional Fitness class. With having an age appropriate class for our upcoming community everyone in the family can be part of the action. We emphasize consistent good movement mechanics that translates to good physical literacy, enhanced sport performance and fewer sports injuries. You will have weekly check-ins with your coach to make adjustments and help hold you accountable.
