    How long have you been doing CrossFit?
    My first CrossFit class was in 2010 in a local affiliate that was run out of a garage! I followed CrossFit style workouts since then. I’ve been doing CrossFit at an affiliate since 2013.

    What drew you to CrossFit?
    The competitive nature. Being a 2 sport athlete always drove me to be competitive. It was also a challenge at first and I enjoy challenging myself. The community aspect was amazing as well. It was something I missed from competitive swimming. It was a team sport made of individual events.

    I have an aquatic biology background. I used to travel the state in chest waders, searching for fish! I am a Canandaigua native and live there was my Miniature Goldendoodle Leo and Golden Retriever Livie. My philosophy on fitness is to help everyone be fit and healthy for their entire life. I love the sport of fitness, but I also want to be able to do this for the rest of my life.
