YOU WILL GET SWEATY AND YOU WILL HAVE FUN
Our foundational course consists of a movement screening before anything else. This screening shows us where you are currently at and where we need to start. It also sheds some light on potential injuries. Once the screening is done, we will do a minimum 5 1 on 1 sessions, this is all dependent on your goals and the findings in the movement screening.
In these 1 on 1 sessions you will learn the necessary skills and movements for you to be successful in class. We will also spend time going over any concerns found from the movement screening. These sessions are intended to keep you safe, effective, and build your confidence when it comes to functional fitness.
What to Expect
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
No prior CrossFit experience required, this is great for beginners wanting to learn and progress.
