A heart pumping option to gaining endurance and strength. This is a high intensity interval training class focused on using bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and gymnastic rings to produce a fast-paced fun experience. This is a great option for beginners that find movements with barbells more intimidating. However, this is great class for an athlete to the elderly.

What to Expect

For one hour every morning, our trainers will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, running, or jump roping, as the coach will spare no method in the quest for fitness.
